At Mettle & Moxie, we offer both small group strength training and 1:1 personal training to meet a variety of goals and schedules. Our small group classes follow a progressive strength training model built around the six foundational movement patterns, with monthly programming shifts and progressions designed to help you build strength safely and consistently over time.
Classes are intentionally kept small to allow for individualized coaching and attention. For clients with more specific goals, injuries, or scheduling needs, we also offer 1:1 personal training for a fully customized approach to strength, movement, and long-term progress.

At 2400 square feet, our small boutique style gym provides a clean and private atmosphere. We’ve worked hard to make our space feel inviting and comfortable without the intimidation factor that large gyms can bring. We carry top of the line functional training equipment from major fitness brands like Rogue Fitness, Elite FTS, Assault Fitness and Titan to assist our fun, effective, and efficient strength based workouts.
We pride ourselves on the studio’s cleanliness (it’s kind of an obsession!), and offer complimentary towel service, filtered water station, 2 spacious bathrooms both complete with showers and complimentary supplies.
