We love that we have an incredible diverse group of clientele! We train people of all age ranges and physical abilities. From youth and professional athletes to active aging seniors and ‘I have not worked out in years’ beginners; we can design a program for everyone!

AMENITIES

We pride ourselves on the studio’s cleanliness and offer complimentary towel service, a spacious bathroom with shower and complimentary supplies, filtered water and more. We also have a large lot with free parking.

FACILITY

At 975 square feet, our small boutique style gym provides a clean and private atmosphere. We strive to make our space feel inviting and comfortable without the intimidation factor of large, overcrowded gyms. We carry top of the line functional training equipment from major fitness brands like Rogue Fitness, Concept 2, Elite FTS and Titan Fitness to assist our fun, effective, and efficient workouts.
